Performing construction work on steel pipes to obtain a customised solution. This by, for example, adapting pipes by welding to length or autogenous burning to the desired length with a plasma cutter.

Herstaco will discuss with you in advance the possibilities regarding the length tolerance and the finishing of the pipe end, in order to arrive at the end product that meets your requirements. We also weld flanges or locks at the client's request.

Herstaco's steel pipes are regularly used as foundations for various (inter)national construction projects. The tubes are often used as piles, drill pipes or grout injection piles.

In infrastructural works, steel pipes are used as outriggers, culverts or casing pipes. Herstaco's steel pipes are also regularly used in shipping, hydraulic engineering and port-related projects. The steel pipes can be used with sheet piling as part of a combi wall, as spud or mooring piles, mooring protection or as part of a jetty.

Herstaco Tube Welding performs virtually all welding work on steel tubes

Herstaco Tube Welding B.V. was founded in 2001 to serve Herstaco B.V.'s customers. The welding work is carried out in the sheds on Herstaco's main site and mostly consists of:

welding steel tubes to length up to a maximum length of 60 metres and/or a maximum weight of 50 tonnes per steel tube
welding sheet piling to steel tubes for a combi wall
manufacture of bollards, struts, bored piles, grout injection piles, spud piles and others
performing welding construction work on steel tubes.

HTW B.V. is EN1090 certified in Execution Class 3, for steel up to and including API 5L X70.
